What is EUROPAMA
EUROPAMA, founded in 1998, is the european committee of the national associations of packaging machinery manufacturers in France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Objectives:
- Preserve and promote the general interest, at an international level, of the packaging machinery industry, represented by the national member associations;
- Search for solutions to needs arising from the development and evolution of the packaging machinery industry;
- Represent the common interests towards international and supranational authorities or institutions, primarily towards the European Union;
- Monitor and contribute to the requirements of national, EU, health, safety and workplace, NAFTA and other regulations;
- Promote good relationship between members of EUROPAMA;
- Combine efforts to stop the world wide proliferation of food and packaging trade fairs;
- Maintain standards of trade and business practises within EUROPAMA member companies;
- Promote the construction of safe, hygienic and efficient food processing and packaging machinery;
- Undertake any other activity in accordance with the objectives.
